Having first opened in Leeds in 2006, Roomzzz Aparthotels now has ten sites across England, and Ceramique International is delighted to be working on another new project with the company.
Our Eco Concrete range of tiles were supplied for the bathrooms and entrance areas for both the York and Newcastle sites which opened in 2019 and 2020.
And we are now delighted that the same range has been specified for the first Roomzzz site in Scotland, which is due to open later this year in Edinburgh. Situated in the new St James Quarter, which was officially opened by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal in 2022, the site is at the very heart of Edinburgh city centre.
The new 74-bed Roomzzz Aparthotel will feature the Eco Concrete tiles, which offer neutral colours and a soft texture and, as the name suggests, have a high level of recycled content, giving the range excellent green credentials.
The Roomzzz design team also appreciated the tile’s excellent slip resistance finish which is perfect for the accessible wet room floors, while still offering easy cleaning and maintenance.
